Back button

Andiroo42

Needs a more consistent cancel button when searching for gifs. Cancel button is there when it starts but disappears when search is initiated. Can’t back out and am caused to force quit.

abch4107

I can’t uninstall it from my phone. It doesn’t show any options.

Glitches

Marrocco67

I just canceled my subscription! Not worth $3.99 per month for something that doesn’t work.

Amazing!

10010001wwwya idk please.

This app helps me contact people without an iPhone! I really enjoy it! Everyone should download this app because it is awesome. I would enjoy if everyone downloaded this app. Thanks for reading!

Do the Fixes!

ATL SFO KIX

Fix the issues! 1. The screen flickers when you add an photo on iPad, its been like this for at least a year, it seems to only happen on IPad. 2. More recently, the voice messages will not play at times. The concept and the app has a strong business case and is better fit then Skype for my teams needs, however I have had to default to using Skype because of the on going bugs. I would recommend the following to bring this app to more business standard. 1. Fix bugs and test all features on IOS and Android. 2. Add calling feature, users can voice call users or groups (this is where Skype excels). 3. Refresh UI with a more modern look. The lay out seems good, but could use a better styling of the buttons, labels and such 4. Redo the logo, makes the app look like its in bata.

Why does this app send you emails?

lprp8

If you don’t open your notifications fast enough it sends you an email telling you you have a new message. Who thought that was a good idea? Also why can’t you turn that feature off? Most annoying feature I’ve ever seen in a messaging app. In general this app has a lot of operational problems on top of that.

So glitchy

rochester customer

This thing is impossibly glitchy. I tried everything and haven’t been able to listen to a message someone sent me past 20 seconds. I updated the app, restarted my phone, tried to login on the browser on my computer et cetera. It’s time to delete the app and give up because I just wasted an hour of my life troubleshooting this.
