Needs improvement

App is shotty sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I always have phantom notifications. Sometimes it says it is recording then after recording an entire message I realize it didn’t record.
Works my iPhone but No audio on iPad Pro

Voxer is a great app on the iphone 12 but the audio does not work on my iPad Pro. After going through all the troubleshooting suggestions its still a no go. When it works on iPad it will FIVE STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Too many false notifications

Once the pro subscription ended, I got many notifications with no way to turn them off within the app. Opening the app and clicking on the blank screen didn’t seem to help at all. Lol
I get signed out all the time (using Sign In with Apple)

I get signed out very frequently and am unable to receive notifications when this happens. I signed in through my Apple ID.
App keeps logging me out

The app constantly logs me out and I am in a group chat for business so it’s very inconvenient. It also logged me out of the account the group chat was linked to, so when I logged back in finally, it was a different account and I had no access to the group chat. I sent a ticket to support asking for help to get back into my original account that is linked to the group chat, but no one responded and it has been a few days now. Frustrating. It’s still logging me out each time I open it….
Dark mode on iOS?

Locked out of app

Randomly logged me out, and when I try the reset password button nothing happens. No email, despite trying so many times. Customer support also doesn’t answer.
Great but…Closes Out!

Voxer is convenient for communicating and makes teamwork very efficient, but the app closes (like completely glitches & exits out) a lot! Usually anytime I’m trying to add a photo, emoji, or gif. It’s very annoying and disrupts my work flow.
Audio Issues

I keep having problems with the volume being super low randomly. I update the phone, update the app, it gets better for a little while and then it messes up again.
