Terrible apps

This is the most terrible shopping app I have ever tried to use. Can’t do anything. Downloaded several (Albertsons and Vons) and none of them works. Can’t scan digital coupons, can’t scan my club card, and navigation is just horrible. I don’t even know why they bother to put this up!

Every update worse than the last ?

Cannot find just for you deals. Cannot shop all deals at the same time, have to look at the paper ad then try to search in the app to add a coupon. Least intuitive user interface. Please please please go back to the original where I could just see what’s on sale! Not having to be in five different tabs for $5 Friday, ForU, weekly ad, etc;

Whenever I go into my app, this error pops up saying something is wrong; try again later. This started today. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Still no shopping list

Used to be a good app. Worthless for shopping in store. Still no ability to make shopping list from clipped coupons.

It’s different but most things are still there. Look at bottom of the app for deals, list and browse tabs. It has now on the deals tab in very small print, eligible products to choose from

When you show the deals abs there is a PayPal rebate for buying a particular beer or alcohol product, you must tell us how much the rebate is. It should be up front and NOT hidden in small print. This is very annoying

I really do not like this app. The old one 2 years ago was much easier to use. The new one takes forever to locate items. To much scrolling and searching. Ugh

Why keep changing the app

Just updated the app - 11/18/21 -and now there is no Rewards Balance Breakdown. I got a note saying I had rewards about to expire - no details. So I checked my rewards balance and it says I have 20. But - no breakdown of how many are about to expire or on what date. Flipped through MANY pages trying to find my expiring rewards amount but nothing. That’s vital info missing! Trying my to use the App Help/FAQ to report this is a joke. It’s just takes you in a circle with no live person involved and no contact us form to ever fill out with the issue. I don’t want to chat with a robot.

It used to work great but now I find if I check my receipt almost half my offers that I clipped weren’t honored. So either I have to hold up the line or come back and explain. Unfortunately I don’t have time or energy for that. It feels as if I’ve been robbed sometimes when I was only buying something because it was on the app.

They changed this app to make it more tedious and hard to find any items. Instead of searching for categories of items you have to search all details of each item.The website is easier to use in this app.
