If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The prior VONS app was working great. Nice layout, weekly ads, and easy to find just for you deals and check your reward points. The app was updated again, and now does not tell you that your reward points will expire! They just go missing. Also if you accidentally click something in the rewards page, it marks it as used up rewards. You can’t “Un-Click” it


Free WiFi in store, NOT!!

You would get 5 stars, if the WiFi worked properly. I have been going to Vons #1795, for 21 years, Dave Doty was the 1st Store Manager. Jerry Stotko, with his white hair- was district manager. Normally, I check what’s on sale at home. If there is something I missed, I would use the app, in-store: “Just4U”, on my android phone. It showed unavailable connection, try again later or we are experiencing WiFi issues.I had someone reply to my survey last year. She told me that an iPhone works better, with the app. Well, I was due for an upgrade & got an iPhone. You went from “Just4U” to “Vons4U.” Android or iPhone, your WiFi doesn’t work. Best of all, I walked to CVS, just down from Vons, and I was able to click onto “Vons4U”, and pull up the specials. Please Reply! Ed Thome

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't find things that I normally can find. The grocery options for delivery have shrunk dramatically. I can't even search for pasta. If this continues, I'll have to switch to ordering my groceries through Amazon.

No support at all, no way to edit order so I don’t get substitutions. No support for EBT


What happened to landscape orientation?

Disappointed that this new app seems to be designed for phones only. I cannot get it to do landscape orientation on my tablet, which is awkward.

Please please please!!! Clip your deals before you checkout and when you clip your deals, and then close out of the app! Trust me I wish it wasn’t a haste either but that’s the only way you will see your clipped deals go through. If you clip your deals as we are checking your order, the deals will not go through.

The previous app was so much easier to use and well organized. This new version is convoluted, disorganized and difficult to use! How can we go back to using the old one???


Decent app still clunky

Please figure out a way to save substitution preferences for specific items. Currently, we as consumers have to type in our substitution every time we place an order for every item we have a preference for. A way to save the preferences per item would be perfect. That way I don’t have to retype it every time I order.


I use an iPad and this app is in portrait mode only.

Please note that it’s awkward to use this app if you use an iPad in landscape mode as an accommodation for sight or other issues.
