The most basic part of the app has been rendered indecipherable in the revamp - it’s impossible to track the progress of your rewards for the month. First you could, then there was a colored bar, but with no numbers, now there’s nothing. So the app is prettier now but actually has steadily become less practical & functional - so frustrating.
Reward tracking & iPad version

I am reiterating two reviews make by others. The newest version of the app does not track your reward progress. The reply that was given explained how to find it but that’s not the case anymore. It used to be that way. I now have to go online to find that information. The app on my iPad now is only allowed to be viewed in portrait mode which means I have to flip my iPad can’t use the attached keyboard. Again, I now have to go online in order for it to be user friendly. Hopefully these two items can be corrected soon!

Rewards lacking expiration date

On the app I can no longer see how many points are accumulated towards next reward or see when rewards expire. This needs to be fixed

Terrible app to navigate

Clipped coupons should be honored when the. Pylon is clipped within the time indicated Sometimes people with medical challenges like cancer cannot go to the store the same day When the next day I clipped my coupon I went to the store my coupon had been removed This is not right Cons in south pasadena is the store I ALWAYS go to do my shopping Also the cashiers are uncooperative when the app fails The app should be made easier to navigate.
