The last update seems to have made deleted the ability to show your club card through the app.
Vons Pay not working

Wasted so much time setting up Vons Pay only to be unable to use it to make contactless payments in store. Boo ?? ?? Two thumbs down.
No Aisle Finder = Nearly Useless App

They removed the most useful feature of this app: the aisle finder rendering this app nearly useless. Other store apps have aisle finder features so this makes the Von’s app inferior to the competition. Please bring it back if you want your app to be relevant and useful.
Club card easy access

There should be a fast way to show club card on phone to cashier. I find it on this app few weeks ago but today I couldn’t find it no more. I use club card when ever shop at VONS and use phone to pay. At this COVID time it is better have less contact/exchange.
Apply ALL option is needed!

The app knows our shopping tendencies and favorites. We have missed some deals because there is so many items to review. A selection that allows all items to be checked would make this a 5 star app
Club Member Barcode disappeared

Why in the world did the Club Member ID Barcode - used during checkout - go away, just as Covid-19 numbers spiked?!? We must now punch-in our phone number on the store’s keypad. This move by the app “developer” lacks any common sense or forethought.

My wife swore that I was the problem so I showed her that both apps and the website each were missing a very important feature that the other two had, if Vons would combine all 3 complete with what they all offered then it would be a 5* app. Also, I’m waiting for a class action lawsuit to show up soon as I’m almost always calling to get my card credited back do to a strange charge on my receipt....example Meat $10.99 Grocery $12.14 I call and ask what is that and they never have a clue even after we go thru the entire receipt item by item, I’ve asked to have corporate contact me but they never do....they over charge at a 50% rate. Check your receipt people....and Vons, I tried to warn you

I like vons it’s the cleanest supermarket and they have good specials every week nobody does like vons ?
