This has been a very useful app in the past, but they keep changing it, there’s too much content in it, the text is too small and yesterday it didn’t work at all. Give it a try, but it’s frustrating when they keep changing it and features appear and disappear.
Hiding the qr code

Don’t understand why the qr code for your club card was hidden, I guess trying to integrate everything for payment? I don’t need the app to trigger Apple wallet though, just do you, vons, have my code ready to go, don’t make me wait while it loads, manage my coupons so you get my shopping habits, and do those things well.

Poor user interface causes confusion, frustrating to customers and slowing down checkout lines. After one experience with this, I canceled my entire grocery order and stayed away from Vons for a month. If Vons is going to make an app, it better be functional.
Last update broke the App!

For the last three days, I am unable to open the App, loading icon just spins forever, app completely unresponsive. Cannot Log In to the website either. This means all of the coupons and offers are unavailable!!! All should be extended from expiring until this major problem is fixed - and bonus points awarded for the inconvenience! Please assign highest priority to fix this ASAP!!

I find this app confusing and cumbersome to use. Whoever made it needs to try to visit a store and go through the experience of shopping. Needs to be simplified.

I went and did my shopping,but I went home And I noticeI was overcharged or my Coupons weren’t honored,I coll back and ask the reason and the lady told me She forgot to scan them,I mean,if I gave them to her was to save the amount but unfortunately she was so busy talking with the bagging girl,better customer Service and More Profesional service.
