Please, please, make this work with Apple HomeKit, the only thing missing to make this service the compete best ever! I'm in love with Vivint!!!

Beware the ping camera do not work at all. I have the system now and I can't even use the ping cameras that I have and every time I talk to customer service they say wait patiently a update is coming soon it's been almost 2 months.

Vivint system has been good, but the voice feature advertised for the Ping Indoor Camera has been absent since we had it installed two months ago. It's one of the primary reasons we bought the indoor cam. Why doesn't Vivint mention this in any of their FAQ's, etc?!? Also, the live video stream seems to lose connection since the last update.

The upgrade yesterday made the app worse not better! I purchased this system so I could have the doorbell and in home camera. According to the app the cameras are off line 98% of the time. I can't see people when they ring the doorbell because off the frequency the cameras are off line. This has been such a disappointment to me. Here I thought I was protecting my home and making it safe and I am really just throwing money out the window. So disappointed.

The doorbell is so awesome. Love checking in on the kids as they come home. I have loved the new update. So easy to use. After a lot of research I went with Vivint and let me tell you it has been awesome.

They overpromise and under deliver. Promise you things that they never actually bring out to you. This app never works and bugs out constantly. But I get the joy of being locked into a five-year price point yay me!!!

I just have the basics. Like being able to disarm while walking up to the house. Forgot to disarm once and the call from the monitor was quick and efficient. I got no complaints.
