Great app and service! My only complaint is that there is a bug in the app set to whenever I am in the thermostat window I always get a congratulation screen you smart assistant is done setting up. Please address. Thank you.

All functions work as advertised. Looks good and easy to use. The concept of rules is good. The only function missing is location based rules (automatically turn off camera when the phone location is at home etc).

We’ve had the system for about a week now. I love everything about it. Love that while traveling I can get on the app and see the house I really love that I can talk to people at my door bell camera even at work. Great app easy to use. Our tech was very professional and answered all our questions.
I couldn’t ask for anything more

Most of the time, my garage doors show a different status than their true status. Also, most of the time, they don't even open when I use the app but the way they're open. It would also be nice to be able to distinguish which days I want to schedule my alarm.

We had this system installed and with the options we have it works great. We don’t have a few things so I can’t speak for everything the system does so I’m giving it 4 stars. Also while the guy was here the door bell camera worked great and sense then it will alarm us when someone rings the door bell but not if motion is detected. Another reason for just 4 stars. But the cameras we had installed worked great and do everything we expected them to do.

The app is really why we got Vivint to begin with. We've had Vivint for 2 years now. For the first year, everything was pretty good. Then all of a sudden, we can't use the app because it's always says "Can't reach your home". "Please check the internet connection on your Vivint panel." The panel, of course, says that everything is fine, including the internet connection. This happens more often than not. This app is worthless. Now we are stuck for 4 more years with this horrible app. Don't waste your money, and watch out for their 6YEAR contract!!

I like the connectivity with my system. Ability to see around my home and control security system is easy.

Any time someone rings our doorbell, the video loads and loads and never pulls up and never records like it should!
