Wishful thinking

I run an Airbnb out of my home, which is the main reason I got Vivint. When I discovered “works with Vivint” I was so excited! It worked great. It would auto assign guests a pin based on the dates and times they checked in and out and if would email the guests the pin days prior. It was so helpful! But out of no where it stopped working. I did a lot of troubleshooting on my own and called tech support. They didn’t have a lot of info or fixes so I email support and never received a response. Still use and love my Vivint system but it’s glitchy and one of my favorites features no longer works.

I am new to Vivint, but being a tech junkie I am in heaven. I have two cameras and the doorbell camera!!! I love it, and the door locks are nice also. Equipment may be costly, but well worth the investment in my family’s security!’n

This Vivint app works good, when it’s working. The problem is, like others have comment about, is that the cameras have to be rebooted way to much to get the feed on the app. If Vivint could figure that issue out then the Vivint drive/Vivint app would be a great tool to use to view your camera feed.

I'm at a loss for words. Monitoring cost is very reasonable...add ons are no problem...service so far is wonderful...had it for almost a week and glad I switched to Vivint...all state of the art equipment...honest and up front...
