Will not use this app again. They do not give an order summary breakdown before you place your order, so I had no idea that the service charge was $190 per ticket! That is astronomical. When I called to complain, after being hung up on twice, they told me that I have to add or decline insurance to see the breakdown although the app does not make that a required choice. Not a helpful app and crazy service charges. Use stub hub!!

I bought NY football tickets through the app and they were sent to me from New Zealand, and wouldn’t scan at the gate. An employee told us they have multiple issues with tickets from Vivid Seats and tickets bought through the app tend to be fake.

My name is Jennifer Perez. I have been an active customer of Vivid Seats for many years. I bought tickets to 2022 Mens NCAA Football Championship. January 10, 2022. I now need to sell my tickets. I’ve spoken to 3 people in your customer service department. Nikie Badge # 1305159, confirmed that I cannot resell my tickets through Vivid Seat or Ticketmaster. Why was I not informed of this prior to purchasing the tickets. Nobody at your institution can answer any of my questions regarding this transaction. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Nikie states he’s in the Philippines and there is no management there and does not know how to transfer me to a higher chain of command. I’m requesting a phone call or e mail from someone in your organization that can help me with my dilemma and poor customer service I’ve received. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. I received email I have $25 credit, but I have no way to apply to my purchase. It is not automatically applied, so when I made a new purchase I did not get rewards credit applied. It’s a scam!!!

This is a computer ran company. Terrible customer service, it’s so bad it doesn’t exist Their phone service has you go thru a lot of options just to tell you they are a ticket re seller. I bought my tickets before they required people to be tested for covid to attend, then when they made it a requirement we were ok with it .now we can’t get a covid test due to the lack of tests and overwhelming 6 hour lines from people getting tests for covid. We are trying to figure out how to proceed and can not get a answer or a person on the phone! I recommend staying off this site and only using Ticketmaster
