Poor Customer Service

I’m done with Vivid Seats. The customer service is horrendous. I had 50 dollars in reward credit that I haven’t used yet because of the pandemic. I go online to buy tickets today and find out that my credit expired on 1/1/2022. I wasn’t given any notice at all. I reach out to their customer service and they pretty much tell me “you snooze, you lose.” Funny how 50 dollars will end up costing them thousands in ticket sales from me.

Never received tickets from an order they claim was delivered. And now I’m unable to contact them by phone. Automated Online help is not useful.
Can’t load tickets

I can’t get my tickets to download and 1st of all it sent my tickets to a non working old email from 6 years ago. Strange

I purchased tickets to the panther v bucs game I never received the accept Tickets email and the literally sent me in circles it’s not secure they to me I accepted the tickets when I never received the etransfer!!!!

They sold me and my friend fake tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS. But if you downloading this fake app it’s to late for you probably.

An additional $20 charge per ticket for service fees is crazy! Used to be my favorite ticket purchasing site… not anymore!
Parking ticket scam

This app is a scam. I ordered parking tickets for a Dolphins game in Miami. Paid 51$ for a ticket to a free parking lot. No ticket required! Many others were scammed too.
