Selling of tickets – Vivid Seats | Buy Tickets Review

My name is Jennifer Perez. I have been an active customer of Vivid Seats for many years. I bought tickets to 2022 Mens NCAA Football Championship. January 10, 2022. I now need to sell my tickets. I’ve spoken to 3 people in your customer service department. Nikie Badge # 1305159, confirmed that I cannot resell my tickets through Vivid Seat or Ticketmaster. Why was I not informed of this prior to purchasing the tickets. Nobody at your institution can answer any of my questions regarding this transaction. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Nikie states he’s in the Philippines and there is no management there and does not know how to transfer me to a higher chain of command. I’m requesting a phone call or e mail from someone in your organization that can help me with my dilemma and poor customer service I’ve received. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
