From what I can see, there’s no way to see what the ticket fee is until you’ve already placed your order

These guys are crooks. I cannot access my tickets because I have to buy a new phone to keep up with the app’s interface. No compensation whatsoever regarding refunds. This company will burn to the ground...

This overly cumbersome process to order, confirm, and get my tickets couldn’t be helped with even larger font or more difficult to use. I’d really rather have a Buick “go to YouTube and search for lili Tomlin telephone operator.” And further these my stars to give out. I want my star back (-1⭐️)

I was purchasing my tickets when all the sudden it kicked me out and then the price went up like $30 for the same tickets, that’s total b.s.

Terrible company from my experience! I paid $60 dollars for 2 Denver nuggets tickets and when I get to the game and scan them, they didn’t work. I was taken to the box office, where I was told the seller canceled and is using the tickets and I got scammed. When I call vivid seats “customer support” they never answered. We had to Uber back home and didn’t get in the game. We talked to multiple people at the box office that told us the same thing, that we got ripped off. I would never use this company to buy tickets again and would urge everyone I know not to use them. When I finally got In touch with their customer support the next day I assumed I would immediately get me my money back, but no, they told me they need to do an investigation and it would take 7 days. TERRIBLE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars.

I purchased tickets to an event that was canceled right after covid started and was issued credit (instead of a refund) because I didn’t respond to the 1 email they sent within 25 hrs ? I think they are involved in a lawsuit over this practice of theirs. Now I have $400 in credit and when I attempted to use some of the credit to purchase tickets to another event after logging in to their website, apparently you cannot use your credit unless you go through their APP, not THEIR WEBSITE, but NO WHERE does it tell you this. I ended up having to call to try and figure out how to use the credit. Seems like maybe they could mention it on the website that in order to use money credited to your account, you have to download and use their app. A little ridiculous !

This is just a 3rd party connector. My tickets were never delivered and they had no way to reach the individual seller.

I have had nothing but problems trying to get the tickets I purchased. The email instructions say go to my tickets in the app. There is no my tickets category in the app. They should send the tickets in the mail but they use technology and minimal customer support to create a headache trying to enjoy an event. I will never use vividseats again!

Vivid seats are all ways providing great service.
