They offer no customer support whatsoever. My event was cancelled and I could not get in touch with anyone for over a month to get a refund. After filing a claim with the better business bureau and writing a letter to their CEO, I was finally contacted. Even though the tour I was going to was cancelled, they are still continuing to sell tickets to it. This is so unethical. They have numerous lawsuits. There are groups of people all over Facebook and Twitter experiencing the same issues that I had. Do your research and do not support this awful business.

Literally the biggest scam. My event was cancelled, I spent over $1,100 on the tickets and contacted people for months about a refund and just hit a dead end every time. Do not recommend unless you want to get cheated out of your money.

Everything is a maze designed for you to go in circles when in reality there is no one to talk to… oh you bought insurance for your tickets? F you then…. You don’t get a refund

I would love to have my 400 $. That I never got refunded by Vivid seats. Thier customer service is useless.
