Been enjoying VM for over 10 years. The service works in most of the areas I frequent, except for remote areas like Lake Palestine in TX. Only Verizon works there, not even ATT! Voice messages are clear, texts are instant most of the time. I really have no complaints, and save hundreds of dollars a year over what my friends and family are paying for Verizon and other services!

Just downloaded the app, within a minute I added a top-off card. It would take an hour + to talk to a live Virgin Mobile representative.

The actual cell phone service is quite decent, but I have had the app on my phone since I bought it, over 2 months ago, and in that time I have never been able to access anything through the app at all. Every time I try, it just says “We’re having technical difficulties, please wait a few minutes and then try again.” Uninstalling and then reinstalling does not change anything. While I can work around this, by using my computer or my web browser, there is no point at all in my having this app other than to see the icon on my home screen. Either fix this issue or remove the app from the App Store.

I really needed to make a quick payment and was able to get this completed with four clicks. The app loads pretty quickly to.
More of the same old horrible service like everything else from this damned company

Every time I go to open the updated app in my phone it goes back to "update app"..... another instance of running in circles with this horrible company that offers no real customer service, no concessions for loyal customers and no hierarchical chain for complaints.
Tax rate is way off for bill

The tax rate should be 8.75%. Every time I pay a bill with this app it charges me $6.15 in tax on a $60 bill. That’s 10.25% which is .95 too much in Virgins favor. This is a very unethical!
