I’ve had this phone for over 2 years and move to another state. I switch the number to a local one and all of the sudden I can’t make phone calls without a credit card?!?!?! It states in the plans website I have unlimited talk and text!!!! I was stuck on the side of the highway and could not even freakin’ call for a tow truck or 911 If I was in real trouble without a credit card!!!! I wrote to them by email, and twitter and still no response. They have lost a long time customer fir good and I will shout from the roof tops just how bad their customer service really is. Don’t use this phone service. There are cheeped and better customer service out there

Some problems.

The app is easy to use. I have the Virgin Inner Circle and my payment is $1.00 ($1.11 with tax) but when I go to make a payment of $1.11 it says the minimum payment is $1 and will not let me continue. So I also tried upping the amount to $5.00. Still same issue. Besides this the app is great just hate having to rely on the auto pay to come out and if that doesn’t (sometimes it doesn’t) I have to pay over the phone (which is hard to do unless you have their number stored or use another phone).
