The app doesn’t allow you to change your plan or add a data pack or mobile hotspot. Instead it links to the website on safari which does not operate well on mobile. It doesn’t make sense to me why Virgin is not making it as easy as possible to purchase add-one to their plans

Some Virgin Mobile customers have PIN numbers in excess of six digits (I’m one of them). Logging into the app never used to be an issue, but now it seems only six digit pins may be input. It seems to me it’d be less work for the dev team to change it back/institute new changes to accommodate us, than for us to call customer service en masse in order to change our pins to less-secure numbers.

Touch ID says it has changed and makes you sign in with a pin every time even after reinstall and your due date goes off the screen so you can only see the month , but it can take you payment. Who wrote this crap app a 12 year old?????

Continuously asks for location services upon opening app. I have to restart my phone for it to stop.

As the other review indicates, this app doesn't work properly. It's looped on asking to use your location and you cant get out of it unless you reboot your phone. Please fix this or else the app is useless.

This app crashed my phone. It bluescreened my phone and I had to hard reset it to make it work. Please save yourself and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Continue to keep asking for setting and location. Wont stop, and won't let me go to the home page with the home button. had to hard restart my phone to be able to stop it
