Useful app however...

QuantumDavid

The app works fine if you are connected to data at the time of opening. You cannot open the app while connected to your WiFi network because it will repetitively flash the "Allow access to location". Just be sure to be connected to your data only at the time of opening the app so it can recognize your account. After it recognizes your account, you'll be able to open the app on your WiFi, just the original opening of the app has to be on data so it properly recognizes your account. The app is the same as logging into virginmobileusa.com and checking your usages and account information on there, despite the one bug it is a useful app.

Doesn't work at all

Brandanmm

Pop up messages kept popping up and couldn't be turned off. I had to turn my phone off and back on to get rid of the app. Worst app!

TERRIBLE

Dalena Mai

This app is created by saintan. Keeps on popping up to use location. If you want to use this app, sacrifice your phone.

EASY BUG FIX.

riseagainstrules748923482

It works fine once you get past the bug. Before you open the app, go to Settings>Privacy>Location Services>Virgin Mobile and hit NEVER. Then open the app and it'll work fine. Or at least it did for me.

Major Bug within Initial Privacy Permission Requests

Jgorinac

Downloaded the app just today given I have recently joined Virgin. Upon downloading the app and opening it the dialogue boxes that appear for granting permission for notifications and location services spammed indefinitely. Restarted the phone given ever time I unlocked the device it would reopen the app. Solution to the issue was to check the widget page on the phone to open a different app within spotlight search. Upon doing so the dialogue boxes loaded one at a time and allowed me to click on an option. This needs to be fixed asap given I am a pretty educated user. Most people would have likely needed customer support in some manner given the extensive work around needed to get out of the loop. On 10.3.3

Absolute garbage.

Molotov9

This thing might just be the most poorly written app on the App Store. It locks your phone in an endless loop of prompting for notification permission the second you launch it. No other way to exit than to shutdown your phone and start it up again. Completely useless. 0/5. Deserves no stars.

Severe Bug re: Location Services setting off

MellowYello

Upon downloading app. If iPhone location services is off. It will repeatedly flash popup to change setting. Phone is not functional at this point and a Hard reset has to be done. Very bad bug that wasn't caught by your QA team... Please fix!

Bug on 1st time use with location prompt

Limmerguy

Like others, there's an endless loop prompting users to allow location services. Savvy users can escape it, but the average user is going to frustrated out of their minds. Needs to be fixed asap before my rating can be improved.

App does not load

FibberFabber21

Unable to bypass the initial start up screen where you are prompted to allow notifications and location services. There is no work around.

Bad design

Innovatr

App is a simple HTML page. No native components are used, which makes it difficult to sign in and use.
