Horrible service. I talked to a representative and they told me the $10 international plan would work in Ireland. It didn’t, it didn’t even work in Canada. I also paid an extra $5 for an activation fee. The lady that I talked to later was not helpful and very short. Very disappointed

Customer service is wonderful but my service is slower than molasses. I get a lot of complaints that I don’t answer the phone- those calls never show up on my end. Waste of money

Why is there no portal here for life line. There no separate app either? You have a link to Assurance when you go to virginmobileUSA.com it would be so easy to add or just make another app. I feel like I’m being denied access to my account. Not fair please update and respond.

The service is good but the payments are way to high for a pre paid plan and also the customer service or the ability to get a live representative is hard hope they fix this one day
