After updating to the latest version, 6.2.2, the app no longer works. It won’t load anything.

I’m not able to send text or look up or do anything if I’m on a call. Some times it won’t even send a text: multiple or picture.

I’ve had virgin Mobil for atleast 10 years and will never change I love the reasonable monthly price .

The issue in has been fixed, it is now a worthy app for my finance folder ?? “There’s a text up top that says “autopay scheduled for 05/...”, I cant see the actual date because that sentence is so long, also, transaction history has no dates or viewable calendar. All this app is good for is updating cc info and seeing that I’m going to have to pay next month. Otherwise it has zero benefits.”

I’ve been with Virgin mobile for ten years now. I’ve never had a serious issue if I did customer service would help me out.

Touch ID says it has changed and makes you sign in with a pin every time even after reinstall and your due date goes off the screen so you can only see the month , but it can take you payment. Who wrote this crap app a 12 year old????? Edit: thanks it does work better now. ?
