Zero customer service – Virgin Mobile UAE Review

Customer service for Virgin UAE should be at a negative star level. Waited four hours for someone to try and assist, when “Jean“assistance “ didn’t work they just stopped trying and passed me off to “Mack” who doesn’t respond either. I wanted to try Virgin as the other two carriers here are terrible for customer service. I have asked both Jean and Mack to get in me touch with their supervisor to no avail. It has now been 56 hours and still no solution , the SIM card needs to be reactivated , I am willing to pay a reactivación fee or get a new SIM card, however, I am in a never ending loop of new people who have no idea what they are doing. I would be very hard pressed to recommend Virgin mobile for anything or anyone unless lack of customer support is what they were looking for. Negative one star. I continue to try and leave a review and it does not get added.
