So Frustrating!!

I bought this camera to replace an older model I use for my daycare. I need to be able to see the kids in the napping room. I was able to open it up and getting it “working” almost right away. I was very impressed with the picture quality but it didn’t do everything it said. This kids can hear me through the obnoxiously loud speaker but I can’t hear them (it’s not two-way). Anyway, I unplugged it to move it to a more permanent place only 10 feet away from the router and now it doesn’t work. I tried everything I know (and I’m not dumb!), as did my husband and neighbor). but it will absolutely not connect again. I’ve tried for hours, googled for hours! The manual is written in chinglish in a font so tiny I had to pull out a magnifying glass to read it! I’m am done and will be returning this ASAP.

I hooked this up for the first time and have a wonderful picture. The Two-Way part isn’t 100% clear from the built in microphone but for $24, it works for me.

Connects via camera network, then go back to app. Connect and show online but when pressing play, message appear “can not connect to device” check network” Terrible - I guess you get what you pay for

Got my camera and have been using it a week now and I love it. No it’s not perfect but for the money you can’t beat it . I’ve spent more money on name brand stuff from the US and have had more problems with them then this one . I wish there was an explanation of what the settings do like auto record. Ok it records automatically. But based off what, when is it recording when is it not. Still haven't got it yet but it's not enough to keep me from getting more. Just a thought but a small battery to keep it up through power surges (all too often in Florida) . Can more then one phone be viewing the cameras and can you set it so only you can. I plan on buying more

Unclear “User Manual”

Won’t establish a network connection. I do this a lot with all sorts of devices. Tried whatever I know but it’s not happening! One hour later - ok it now works. As it turns out, it’s the user manual that is not written as clearly as it should have been written. There’s a latency in the connection. Takes a few minutes to recognize the camera is in the network. Can’t beat the price.

This is one of my worst-ever Amazon purchases. After about a week, the camera wouldn’t connect to the app. The app is awful, as well.

I got the camera to work which is great, but it’s a light-bulb camera and the Light doesn’t work. I watched a video on YouTube on how it works and the setting for the light is totally absent on mine. It’s motion sensor capture is on point and then notifies your phone so you can view the recorded pics and vids anytime and anywhere. I spent a few minutes figuring out the LAN/WiFi setup. There is a video on YouTube that walks you through the setup process.

A pain to set up and I install security systems for a living. Finally got it to work locally but I can’t pull Video remotely. Terrible motion detection. If anyone puts a 4 to 5 star review, they are are working for the company that made this garbage.
