I bought the Camera And I would say that it’s a nice one. But the App, yakkkkk!!! And also no NO CLOUD STORAGE SUPPORT!!!

It worked when I first got it and then all of sudden I couldn’t connect to It, moved it and it still won’t find the network. I’ve tried resetting it, everything it tells you to do and still nothing. Sad part I paid for the warranty on Amazon and when I called they didn’t have the vendor on file to honor the warrranty ??♀️. I can’t even call the vendor cause no number is listed with amazon. I lost the instructions so I’m screwed

I agree with So Frustrating. We have had three family members try to install. No luck. The instructions are so small and vague. Do not buy this product!
WiFi won’t connect

Bought this camera for my porch but couldn’t pick up WiFi continuously. Moved it inside near modem and can’t get it to connect been trying resetting nothing works

Once you connect it will show for a few seconds perfectly clearing but then it won’t continue recording it’s almost like you freeze time and it won’t continue to do anything.
Not worth the money

Even though the picture is great it has to almost touch the router to get the beautiful picture. I am still working with it but I got no manual so it is much harder. Wish I had went to one of the big box stores and spent a little more and missed this aggravation.

Wow just got my camera. Began to connect. The instructions don’t match the set up. WLAN? Horrible. Finally get it to connect and when I try and view. The app shuts down. Get this to work please.

This camera is a great idea but poorly implemented, if you happen to see where you can turn off the light you may never see it again which means the light stays on or off regardless of changing needs ?. With no permanent way to change the lights status, won’t broadcast over WiFi always says unable to connect when I’m away from my house?

I set everything up as directed I put alarm on while away when I get home it goes off GREAT! So I think until I DONT RECEIVE A TEXT FOR THE ALERT!?!?????! If my phone is set to receive alerts why can’t I get them come on UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!
