Funciono solo 1 día, por alguna razón la tuve que mover de lugar y nunca volvió a funcionar, ya estuve en Google muchas horas y no logré encontrar información para encontrar una solución, no existe apoyo técnico. Este producto es una basura
App won’t work

Hi It’s been 2 weeks that I got a problem with the app that when I go traveling it doesn’t let me see the camera only when iam at home please fix I got an iPhone 8 Plus please fix it

Works great have it set up in my garage. And I can keep an eye on cars in garage and also if anyone was to break into garage. ( Live photo’s ) Perfect for what I am using it for it notifies my phone to tell me if somebody walks in my garage also. I just open the app on my phone and can see who in there With live pic.of person in there (when I have the door open also see down the driveway & my view in the garage too ) Love this 360Eye camera and feel alittle more safe. When not home can keep an eye on things. Was easy to set up. Also came fast and well packaged. I would recommend this company.

Not user friendly at all and very error-prone. There is no seamless integration with the camera. It may start out well with an automatic connection but it falls short thereafter.

This camera doesn’t stay connected all the time! you have to unplug it and replug it almost every week, so forget it if you are traveling, you need a person to babysit this camera. Its a software issue as it loses communication sometimes for no reason! Other devices that I have never lose internet signal ever. Needs software fix for sure.

I hope these up today was able to watch about five seconds of video now app crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled app three times...still crashes
