problem viewing video stream on my iphone

I have MultiStar Wifi Camera V380s - 2.0MP. since i have installed new update on my iphone, it it is not working...there is sound but video is just some stripped colors... it is ok (working)on android ... can somebody help? Ira

I can’t leave a -5 but I would if I could definitely nothing positive about this app ! In fact it fails to load the video so it’s useless just like the camera! I returned it but it would have been nice to not to waste my time ordering or if I had to see the reviews on here. Way to go Groupon ? oh and as far as app support hahah good luck with that you need an interpreter ?
Hardest camera and app to use

I have only been able to get the camera and app to work once, haven’t been able to get it to work again. Not worth the money, spend more and get a quality camera system!

I bought this camera and connected it as soon as I try to view camera app crashes every time and I got a iPhone XS max and latest update. App is crap I didn’t even get to try out the camera

Worse camera ever. I have another one from another company that works great. There is no way to get wlan on the app with a iPhone 7plus or any other way to change WiFi setting to wlan. Never have used it since it won’t work with the app

Most of the app does what's needed, but I'm unable to pull up saved videos - on cell or wifi. I can see the video files, but they never play.

This software has so many issues will not connect to network no many how many times I try will the network does open it will just shut down I have two cameras that will not connect please fix this

Item can be temperamental, but once you get it set up... it works well. If you put it on station mode in settings it works great. My robot is about 12 feet away from my router and in a completely different room. The night vision works great. My only issues are that the voice is really really low and that the video lags a little bit. However, for the cost of this...it was well worth it!
