I have a new phone and forgot my user name and password word. Biggest regret not having a way to contact anyone for help.
The most annoying failure of a camera ever

Similar to the other reviews I read, this camera and app worked... at first. Never was that good. It also may make a loud alarm noise to wake your kids up riiight when you put them down and leave the room. It buffers and locks up often and must be reset regularly. This app and camera couldn’t have been worse without actually harming the baby it was supposed to be helping us with. Terrible and frustrating to use. An absolute waste of money and a huge waste of your time if you get stuck with this app or the camera that comes with it . Unfortunately if you are reading this you’re probably already stuck with one. Do yourself a favor and just return it. ASAP.

Bought this and finally figured out how to set it up. Every time I go to watch the live feed the app closes. Very weird. Tried to change the password and says internet is not connected but it is. Very bad product.

I need the port information to add to Blue add it to my current system. I basically mounted it upside down on my porch to watch my packages and sound an alarm. The talk feature works however audio lacks both in lag and clarity. I got mine on tophatter(home of cheap chinese crap) for $17. Price is right in line with value. For the budgeting newbie its worth the money. Or as an addon to an existing system. If you’re wanting security and/or peace of mind. Go with you local alarm/cable company. Let them handle the back end setup and monitoring.

I start the camera and it worked well a few days. I tried to move it to another place in the house and was impossible to connect it again using the two methods shown in the small manual.No place to call for help. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

App only work while on WiFi, it’s impossible to log on while on cellular data,
Playback is not working

Playback isn’t working, when I play a recorded video keep processing and nothing happens. Can’t watch recorded videos.

Awful app, makes set up so painful. Made my camera work on one of three phones I was trying to set it up on, it worked for maybe a minute. Since then every time I try to interact with the app and see my camera it crashes, no matter what I do. Just awful. Don’t buy this crap.
