Amazing app..however I wish it allowed us to review the drivers they are lazy, lethargic and useless. However not all are bad?.

I love the UPS Mobile App, can do everything from track a package to sending packages from your home. Awesome and glad I downloaded this app.
Security code

I’m glad someone thought of including a field to supply the driver with a security code but it is only partially effective. All keypads not have numbers but they also have two additional keys. One is the pound sign the other is the star key. The app does not recognize these two symbols. Perhaps the next revision will fix this?

App works good. Please get rid of the big question mark in tracking details for the virtual assistant. It is in the way!!! It is way too big! Either move it somewhere else or make it smaller so it’s not in the way of me trying to click package progress.
Very inaccurate tracking results

I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. It will show that the items are in the system, but will not update accurately where the item is at (it will update after several hours but not within a reasonable amount of time.) I’ve talked with tech support but they have ignored my latest issues.

When I open the app, UPS pastes from my clipboard without me doing anything. Privacy violation...
