Very unreliable

This app works about 50/50. Sometimes it connects to my Mac, and works correctly. But, it fails so often that I’ve given up using it. Sometimes, it takes way more time to unlock my Mac than if I just typed in the password! That should say it all.

The product worked great when I first installed it. Restarted my computer and now it Unlox crashes on startup and when I try to start it manually. I would have to get a twitter account to submit a technical request, which I don’t want to do. If there is another way I can not find it. In any case the error is, “Unable to open a realm at path.... Invalid top array”. I paid money for something that does not work with no easy avenue to technical support other than getting a twitter account. If there is a fix I will gladly update my review.

Would love to be able to have some Siri Shortcuts features like when a shortcut runs you app can lock my computer or unlock it as part of large chain of events that occur. Thanks

Tried numerous times to set this app up on my iMac and iPhone and it just never would work. Followed troubleshooting advice and restarted both iPhone app and iMac. No joy. I want my money back!
