Connectivity issues again. Previous fixes don’t work this time around. Hours lost trying to get this app to reliably function. Back to 1 star. ———————- Previously, as to version 2, rated 1 star as unreliable. Constantly required time-consuming resets severely diminishing the convenience of the app. Version 3 seems to have resolved connectivity issues. Customer support replied months after my initial attempts for assistance and only by requesting a review of the new version on Twitter. That is marketing, not customer support. For those upgrading from version 2 to version 3, be sure to click on “Advanced, disconnect from Bluetooth” on your Mac, also stop and restart Bluetooth on your device before initial connection with your newly installed version 3. Had to figure this out on my own due to lack of customer support. In summary, version 3 appears to be reliable, making the app very convenient to use once you figure out how to troubleshoot setup/upgrade issues on your own. Lack of customer support lowers rating to 3 stars.
Could not get to work, no access to support

Could not get to work on iPhone 8/MacOS Catalina. Verified Handoff supported, Bluetooth LE. Had other unusual “computer access” authorization requests from unidentifiable computer names. Zero product support offered (nothing I could find except a Twitter reference - which I do not use). Waste of $4...
Didn’t work well for me

I have power saver disabled, but everytime I walk away from my computer, this app would lock the screens and go into power save mode. The multiple monitors I use wouldn’t all turn back on. I would have to disconnect and reconnect them. Will wait for Apple to develop a solution.
Doesn’t work after a few days

It automatically disconnects when I close my laptop but it never reconnects when I awaken it from sleep mode. Now I can’t even connect because it’s searching for iOS devices. I’ve tried reinstalling but to no avail. Waste of 4 dollars

This app does actually work despite how convinced I was that it did not after purchasing. Pairing this app with my MacBook and the accompanying app for macOS was extremely whatever the opposite of straightforward is! I actually gave up on the configuration after numerous failed attempts as I was certain it did not work; however, I tried again the following morning and it synced both devices! I don’t know exactly what I did that time that I had failed to do the previous 15 times, but that morning it paired right up. Once the initial configuration is completed, it seems to keep the devices paired when the apps are running on both devices.
