Broken&Undone
I just got my first MacBook Pro (used) and I was excited about this app. It didn’t work with my MBP. I’ve tried contacting support for over a week via Twitter (the only contact option provided) and I’ve been ignored. I’d love it if they could help me make it work, or refund my payment. But it seems they can’t be troubled.
Seems too good to be true...
Major Hassle
This app works, but only between the time I install its helper Mac app and the next day. Then it tells me it’s not connected and stops working. I followed all the directions, but it’s not working and definitely not worth the money for the app. (EDIT: I figured out that if I relaunch the app on my Mac, I can use the iPhone app. Unfortunately it requires me to do that every day. )
Constant Need to Reconnect

Works, sometimes. Find that I have to constantly reconnect my phone. The only option I have found for support is by Twitter. I do not use Twitter.
Its okay. Could be better

Its good but not great, simple things like when your phone disconnects sometimes it wont pair back up and you’re stuck with putting in your password. This happens when you go to far away or when your macbook goes to sleep.

I’m sitting at my Mac. I don’t want to unlock it. I’m using my phone for something. I get a notification from Unlox every 10 seconds. Afte I dismiss the first it shouldn’t keep buzzing my phone. This is nearly unusable
No developer contact???

I am trying to understand why I have to turn my Bluetooth off and on every few days in order to get the app to be able communicate with my MacBook. I can’t find any contact information for you.
