Crashes on Catalina – Unlox Review

The product worked great when I first installed it. Restarted my computer and now it Unlox crashes on startup and when I try to start it manually. I would have to get a twitter account to submit a technical request, which I don’t want to do. If there is another way I can not find it. In any case the error is, “Unable to open a realm at path.... Invalid top array”. I paid money for something that does not work with no easy avenue to technical support other than getting a twitter account. If there is a fix I will gladly update my review.
