Okay but behind Delta

Would be really nice to have it streamlined to work more like Delta app. Also would be nice to be able to add MileagePlus card to Apple Wallet like every other airline does for their frequent flier cards

Frustrated w UAL
The United app, loaded, ineffective, and deleted, has commandeered my home page, so that when I try to go to the web the UAL home page appears. Help?

Free movie. Oh but you must have their app. Oh but you have to buy network time to download the app. Oh but the download freezes and burns up your purchased time. By the time the app loads (assuming you bought enough time) the flights almost over. Pure airline bs. United get a clue.
Terrible app – data services always unavailable

For being one of the top airlines your app is awful. I constantly get the error that data services are not available. Get it right united! Take lessons from American.

The idea of a travel facilitator and entertainment portal is great,but the execution is deeply flawed. It can't handle text entry intelligently - if you autocomplete or autofill, it won't recognize your entry. The video player is nice if you're OK watching 30 second of video every 3 or 4 minutes... that is if it works at all. Ultimately. Trying to get the app to work was more frustrating than having no app at all. I wish they hadn't tried so hard to sell me on it.

There is really nothing wrong with this app! I'm am completely satisfied! It's very informative and easy to use. It's simple which makes it better to use. United has really hit it good on this one! Way to go!

Never had any issues. Made 100s of on the fly (no pun intended) changes. Sure there are bugs but what app doesn't. Updates frequently and they are dealt with and corrected quickly. If you fly United consistently. This app is a must have.
