Poorly executed – United Airlines Review

The idea of a travel facilitator and entertainment portal is great,but the execution is deeply flawed. It can't handle text entry intelligently - if you autocomplete or autofill, it won't recognize your entry. The video player is nice if you're OK watching 30 second of video every 3 or 4 minutes... that is if it works at all. Ultimately. Trying to get the app to work was more frustrating than having no app at all. I wish they hadn't tried so hard to sell me on it.
