Only downloaded this stupid app to get my boarding passes into Apple Wallet. Which apparently they only offer as an option through the app now. Just a pathetic way to raise their download numbers. Surprised they didn't require me to "like" them on Facebook too. The e-ticket that opens in Safari scans just as well. Pathetic United. Deleting.

Wanted updated security questions. Could not enter answers. I did not agree with their preselected answers. Had to invent untruths. Who came up with this? Wanted permission to know my location at all times? None of your business. Very unfriendly app reflects negatively on this company.

Unreliable, buggy, rarely supports mobile boarding passes. Shame on United for releasing such an embarrassment.

Do they even understand that the only time we're using this is for travel? I wanted to get my boarding pass into passbook and the web link to download/open the boarding pass does nothing once installed, just opens the app... Are you serious?

Avoid updating. You will lose the ability to change your seat assignment. Luckily the website still works. Please fix!

This app is a trash for foreigners. Since the only way to input passport info is to scan the passport, I can't input my non-US passport and finish check in online. It is very ridiculous that an international airline company only support online check-in for Americans. I'll not choose UA for the next if the problem is not fixed.

I can't sign in from my phone! I thought I had the wrong password, but I don't because I logged in from my computer. Each time I try to sign into the app, it says "Data Services Unavailable." I do have 4 bars and on WIFI. So what's the problem United?

I'll admit most of the time I don't have his installed except whenever I have to pick someone up at the airport. You can browse flights and tag the ones you need to follow but the deal breaker is notifications do not work. It never going me when flights took off or landed. Instead I find it easier to use mobile text notifications from the website. That's what I used last time but the most recent one I tried the app again and was disappointed.

Yes you can use your mobile boarding pass and check a flight status. But the current version is unusable when it comes to in flight "wifi" and entertainment. Every movie and tv show says it requires an update, even though this is the most current version. Don't waste time, money or points upgrading to the useless wifi. If it processes the payment, it's too slow to use even basic internet functions.
