App is unusable

They now require five security questions, nearly all of which are "favorite ..." I don't have favorites and, if I did, they would change frequently. As it is, I cannot sign into the app, and thus can't get at my tickets.
Landscape view still does not work. Some improvements.

Device Entertainment - buffering

Entertainment on the app pauses/buffers repeatedly, turning to a black screen while buffering. Sometimes the movie will play for one minute before pausing for 30 seconds or more, and sometimes it will play for 20 minutes before pausing to buffer. On my recent 10-hour flight, seat back entertainment was offered. Unfortunately the screen at my seat was not functional. So, I tried using the personal device option. I was unable to watch a single movie in its entirety. Please fix this problem.

Please keep in mind I did this all within about 15 minutes. This app needs major work. Don't use it to purchase tickets I first tried to purchase a ticket on here and the app said it could not process my request. I thought maybe I entered my credit card info wrong. So I reentered my info and the app said again it could not process my request. So next time I decided to use the fare lock. I have now been charged 3 fare locks for 2 different reservation codes. And been charged the full airfare cost as well. They could not fix it and still wanted to charge me a fare lock fee if I kept one reservation. I know it's $8.99 but it's the principal of the situation and doing what's right for the customer. But in total I was charged 3 fare lock fees and one flight fee of $276.20 all on the same day for the same flight for the same person.
App broken booking flights

On iPhone two issues: 1. When picking flight segments the date slider that provides lowest price for each day of your itinerary, either gets stuck or does not display or allow you to pick an alternate day. 2. When trying to book a flight it is looping through the new verification questions asking for fingerprint authentication and then pushes you back to flight selection screen. You are never actually able to book the flights.
Won't Load, Won't Delete

This app has been in limbo for 4 days for me. I cannot access it for boarding passes, etc. I cannot delete it. It now says in the App Store "not available in the US." It is not showing in the updates area. No idea what's giong on with it but it is interfering with my ability to get mobile boarding passes and save them to my wallet. UGH.
Useful but with some bad flaws

Checking in is easy and saving boarding passes a breeze. You can't change flights after checking in. You need to go to the full website in order to do so. You no longer see the distance of flights prior to booking. Late or delayed flights are cleared from the list of upcoming flights so you no longer receive updates on how late they will be after the original departure time. Boarding passes do not update the departure time when late. Given how many flights are late nowadays a lot of these problems render the app useless.

Unfortunately the landscape feature does not work on iPad. But I like the new terminal maps and the ease of seeing when my flight is coming from. Booking flights is still easier on the web version than the app, improvement needed here. I have found the inflight personal entertainment to work much better on this version than the previous one, smoother video and less buffering.
