Ulta has fantastic customer service no matter what the issue seems to be. The app is laid out great. I find it easy to navigate through, to find past orders, points etcc.

It was offering promo then you put it in the bag, on check out promo no longer exist. You pay the free stuff you have disappeared. That’s a bad deal.

They always have what me and my girls need. The prices are decent. The rewards program is awesome! The staff is always nice and helpful! Store is always clean and organized. Every shopping experience is a success!

I love Ulta and the Ulta app, i’m always on it and able to see the best deals and updates on coupons and 5x rewards. this is why is i can buy anything from Ulta instead of sephora I WILL! they are the only ones who give you money back and ships way faster than sephora ever does. The only reason I am comparing is because i used to love both equally until it became very clear that ulta cares more about their customers by the awesome reward system and fast shipping and my experience with sephora never compares
