My app crashed during check out

I applied my point and hit “place order” and the app quit and took me to my phone Home Screen. Not Cool!! ?

I cannot get this app to save my billing info. Or to save my shipping address. Or to use PayPal nor AfterPay. Or to use my gift cards. Do you want my money or not Ulta? Otherwise, I have no other qualms with the app.

I’ve had this app for a few years but the past few months it never saves my log in and every time I go to log back in it doesn’t let me even if I make a new password which at this point I have to do every time I’m on the app.. annoyed

No losing here
I love using the Ulta app because it is always up-to-date on all of my coupon offers and points. It is easy to navigate, easy to look for account information, and makes it easy to apply any of your points to any of your purchases. Hands-down this is one of the best apps I use when purchasing online items.
Package lost!!!

It looks like i am not the only one in Texas having issue with the delivery. Pure disaster, no answer, no help, just you have to wait. By calling the shipping company, I figured out they just lost the package. Disappointed a lot!
