App doesn’t work?

I used to use this app weekly, then one day no content showed up. I figured the app needed an update. It’s been 4 months, and still I can’t use anything on this app. I can’t shop, look at my rewards, look for coupons, or pay my credit card bill. What gives? Fix this!!! So annoying.

Why does it log out?

My issue is that it logs out and then when I go to log in it says the combination of login and password doesn’t work. And it does at least 4 or more times a year. I always update my password on my password saving tool. So this is Ulta forcing me to reset my password. But then when I go to reset it of course remembers my previous five passwords so I can’t reuse them. Which doesn’t make sense since it just said it couldn’t log me in. Just be honest and tell the customer then need to reset the password every 90 days. (Just like my work makes me)

I’ve tried placing an order multiple times through the app and the first time it tells me ‘invalid payment method please correct the errors then try again’ the second time it tells me ‘unable to process the order’. Both times the money is pulled from my account. What’s really going on?! I’ve called customer service to which they are NO HELP! They talk in circles, can see the order but says it won’t process, no rhyme or reason. I call the store and there’s no pickup order. It’s seems like my money is just floating in nomads’ land and I’m trying to figure out why?! Where is my money or my makeup? Don’t order through the app, just go to the store and get everything yourself.

1 gift card at a time

Why is it that ulta only allow you to use one gift card at a time? I have two 25$ gift cards and I could only use one. Kind of annoying tbh.

i’ve loved ULTA for the longest time, they have good products which can sometimes be pricey but so worth it. The catch is there are many things they sell that are completely horrible for your skin and they have the same things you can get at a drug store for the same price and same effectiveness. But on the other hand there are soooo many great things to choose from that are affordable and great for your skin. they have a clean variety of products that will not clog your pores or damage your skin. just make sure you read the ingredients of what you buy first so that you won’t waste money or have to come back and return it. make sure you know what works for your skin! i’m only 13 about to be 14 in a few days and i love this makeup industry! also if you order online depending on where you live your orders will arrive quick and safe. overall ulta is one of my favorite makeup stores, Thank You Ulta i love you! <3

I’m constantly being signed out of the app and when I try to sign in, it tells me my password is wrong. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve changed my password for it not work the next time I’m signed out. I’m over it.

App Does Not Work

This app started great when I downloaded it a while back - zero complaints. But for the last several months it’s completely useless. The app won’t load a single thing - I keep getting “Request Timed Out. Please verify your data connection and try again.” I’ve un/reinstalled. I’ve kept up with updates. Nothing. Obviously I can use their website, but for the sake of quick, convenient product searches and ordering I’ve switched to Sephora’s app.

Thank you to all three of you salesladies /manager who helped me and showed your concern. I got home fine and am well. I’ll try to get back to your shop next week to actually purchase the items for which I shopped.
