Can’t even order!!!

I found 3 items in the app, the sale is an app only sale. I was order close to $200 worth of products. I’ve been getting an error message for 2 hours. I contacted support and the lady named Mary says stuff to me that isn’t even grammatically correct, so I don’t even know what she’s telling me. Then she repeats the SAME QUESTIONS! I had to explain to her FOUR TIMES that I can’t order on the website and get the sale prices. So I’ll pay over $30 more ordering outside the app. It’s bad enough to not be able to order and get a message to TRY AGAIN LATER, but then to try to get help and waste 45 minutes repeating myself to Mary to end up being told they’d get back with me. I bet they will, after the sales are over! I’ve uninstalled the app, and it emptied my shopping cart. I’ve tried everything. Why have app only sales if your app doesn’t even let people order!

Every interaction that I’ve had so far whether I’m in the store and someone has helped me (and they always do) or whether I’m online, has been easy, made me feel beautiful and made me realize that Ulta really cares about their customers and the people that they are.Thank you for making me feel amazing!!!
Keeps logging me out

I keep getting logged out and then when I try to log back in it gives me an error notification. I only ever seem to be able to log in if I remove the app and redownload it. I love it otherwise. I just randomly started happening a couple months ago and hasn’t stopped since.

Surprisingly disappointed

I had a Mac pencil in the past, wasn’t impressed and threw it away but thought I would try again while they were on sale. This time I realized the last one wasn’t just a bad batch and I returned them. They are so dry the drag across your lips. Not interested in that with mature lips. There are several others out there that are much smoother and glide on.

Liz Hanach breaks Employment laws weekly by changing schedules on a dime without any notice. She is degrading, demeaning, belittling and harasses her staff. She breaks Ulta employee discount policy. Her grown sons who are in their late twenties, they live out of state and come in and enjoy a 50% salon discount. She rehired an employee who committed 66 counts of register fraud. She hid reporting thefts in the store to help assist an employee get promoted, all while harassing other managers who had theft during their Gem Hours. She brags about she hired the current DM and how she will get promoted. There’s been more complaints reported to HR who has turned a blind eye and continues to allow this despicable behavior to go on. 16 staff and all managers quit in 2020.

Ulta is AH-MAZING in every sense of the word!! From Products to People to Service. Everyone is welcome when you enter a ULTA store. NO ONE feels excluded and they make everyone feel welcomed and they know their customers. Alderwood ULTA and Woodinville ULTA are my top go to stores. The service at both stores are impeccable and their customer service representatives and make up artists and stylists are amazing!! They are the sweetest teams and they never make you feel uncomfortable. If you have a bad day or sad, walking into those stores they brighten your day and sometimes they throw in a sample to even sweeten the deal. I LOVE ULTA and tell all my friends—GO TO ULTA YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG!!!
