I’ve loved the app and have used it almost religiously to order things and schedule hair appointment. As of late the app won’t load or open for me. I keep getting an error message. It’s up to date and I don’t know why it’s not working.

Love ulta but the app won’t load

The app won’t load on my phone. I have exhausted all other possibilities that would result in the app acting out. I’ll change my review once this bug is fixed (If that is the problem)

Sales but no product

Very poor service I get a notice of a sale and immediately try to purchase and none of your stores has the product

Not Accepting My Password or my PayPal

I have made every effort to sign into my account. I have deleted the app reinstalled it and called customer service. They told me to clear my cache, which worked for that one instance only. It no longer “fixes” my issue. It got to the point where I wrote down my password every time I reset it and knew that I was inputting the correct username and password combo, but still continue to get the error that it’s the incorrect combo.If I am lucky to get into my account and try to complete a purchase using PayPal, it then tells to select a valid form of payment when I use PayPal all the time for other merchants.

Once again overpaid once again did not have free product

I’m sorry I am done with Ulta. I always overpay they don’t take the coupons that are going on on the products that I would like. And when there are free products available with the products I order they say they don’t have them available when I pick them up. I’m sorry I’m just done. There’s always an excuse

Where's my order?

The Ulta app works great for shopping. However, when you try to track your purchase, don’t get your hopes up. It gives extremely limited information. I understand the delivery issues during Covid, however it would be nice to see the carrier and an estimated time of arrival. Placed my order on Jan 9th. It’s Jan 26th and I still have no idea where it is or when it will arrive.
