I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this product and I will be using this all the time. It comes out missing spots on your hair so make sure you put it on in sections not just comb thru like it says. The longer and more times you put it on the darker it gets and it can get up to a purple-ish rose gold. I’m getting so many compliments on my hair plus I have fair skin and blue eyes and I’ve always bleached my hair but I love this so much because I don’t look washed out and my blue eyes just pop and stand out so much! Looks amazing!

The app did not work applying the double points to my order after I activated it. But instead of Ulta taking responsibility for that they made the excuse that they can’t change anything after the order is made even though it is still processing. Hasn’t been shipped yet. Most other online purchases, like through Amazon, you can still cancel while it is even out for delivery. This app has glitched on me several times and Ulta has never taken responsibility. Just shop Amazon or Sephora - much better customer service.
