In the last week I’ve had not one but 2 orders canceled after being picked up. If you’re hungry or homeless and trying to eat this apparently is the way to go about it. And the people in the Phillipines picking up the phone are NO Help! They aren’t empowered to do anything except apologize! How the F*ck can you steal people’s food and stay in business. This is absolutely horrible. No wonder they’re losing market share now.

If I accidentally placed an order I should be able to cancel it immediately. I couldn’t find anywhere that said to cancel order so I googled how. Followed directions and the reason why I couldn’t cancel it was because it wasn’t there. So I called and I did get a rep immediately which was a good thing but they put me on hold for about 15 min and then came back to tell me I couldn’t cancel it because the driver just picked it up and I’m literally watching the app and the driver got there for a few minutes and then that’s when the rep came back. As if they were waiting for the driver to pick it up. All in all I’ve never had a problem with door dash. They’ll even reimburse me my money if was already delivered or even if the order wasn’t right. That was my first and last time using Uber eats.

I was told I would get a refund for a messed up order. I still have not received it. I called the customer service line and was told I would get an email letting me know, I get the email I got a quick message which means nothing because I still have not received my money. I tried to give them a chance but on to door dash✌?
iOS app has issues.

1. Can’t ask question unless it is in your list of Qs 2. Don’t support landscape mode in iOS. 3. Coffee Connection menu is different than .the menu in DoorDash. Why are the menus different for same restaurant? 4. Cost of General Tso's chicken s $3 higher then the same item at the same restaurant in DoorDash for Jade Asian Bistro.
There’s always an issue

Every time i try to order anything there’s an issue; my order gets cancelled, a restaurant calls and tells me to cancel my order and get charged, or I don’t get the requested items.

Uber Eats made an error and forgot to charge me for an order 4 months ago. I had believed I had paid. And now they are trying to charge me for the order. This kind of service is not okay. Disgusting
