HORRIBLE customer service – Uber Eats: Food Delivery Review
waiting an hour and a half for our food only to find out they canceled on us and did absolutely nothing for us besides refund our money...in 3-5 business days. We were told we could have 5 dollars put on our account only to talk to someone else who said they can’t do it. Will never order from them again. this one experience was enough to delete this app and uber off my phone. grub hub and lyft it is, for me!
Edit: the comment below to this might seem like they’re trying to help, but when you email them, they just reassure you, they can’t do ANYTHING to help you. the reply below is simply to make them look better, horrible customer service still. My review has not changed
