I’ve been playing Caesar’s for around 9-10 months. I have an account with every other NJ online casino so I have a lot of experience with them. Caesars has a good game selection and they have promo’s quite often. Their interface isn’t the best, and they seem to have connection issues every now and then. People complain about payback percentages or bonus frequency but they have no control over it and the specific outcomes. It’s all controlled and regulated by the state and the gaming board. Do you think they’re messing with the outcomes to steal your 100$ deposit ? No. They’re fair just like every other online casino. Overall I’d recommend Golden Nugget over them, but if Caesars has a decent deposit match offer, I’ll bite. They have a decent game selection and good customer service. 4/5 stars is fair since they have some bugs in the connection and the interface looks quite boring but otherwise it’s a great online casino. Also, if you don’t live in NJ, you CANNOT use the app to gamble. There is TONS of disclaimers staying this. That’s why the rating is so low. People don’t realize it and rate them 1 Star since they can’t use the app. Why give them a bad review for something YOUR inability to review the terms prior to downloading the app ?!

I can deal with the fact that the app is not the most intuitive app in the world. But good luck getting any money out of Caesars. I made a couple deposits which they took immediately. Now that I won and want to withdraw money to my bank account, first they say it could take up to 10 days. Now 8 days later I get a notice that they want copies of my bank statement and my credit card to “verify” before they are going to send me my money. What could they possibly need a copy of my bank statement for? Hopefully one of these weeks I’ll get my money back. Then I’m done with this ripoff.

It takes 2 weeks to withdraw from them, but they take your money in seconds. Other sportsbook take a day or two to withdraw from them. Do not get conned with the big bonus match that they offer, because you need to lose your money and play 10 x the amount of bonus before you can cash out. Stay away!

Caesar's is absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a sportsbook in my life. They get me to sign up offering a $300 deposit match, but when I make the initial deposit, there's no match. So I reach out to them and they say I need to make a bet first then they will match it. I make the full bet then they credit my account as a free bet, not a match. So then I need to make another deposit. By this time, I've missed all kickoffs so I wait until next week. I log back in next week and the free bet is gone. So now I try to withdraw my second deposit and it goes into processing. It has been nearly a week and still just processing and all they can say is withdrawals are taking longer than expected due to a large influx. But they can instantly take my money right? False advertising, poor customer service, and now just STOLEN MONEY. The app is absolute garbage too, always crashing and making me sign back in and doesn't properly add bets to my bet slip unless I click them multiple times. STAY AWAY FROM CAEASARS CASINO IF YOU EVER CARE TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

Fun to play, but not stable at all. Constantly disconnects me in the middle of roulette games, messing up my strategy. Often tells me I’m not within boundary - even though I am. Fun when it works, but hard to imagine playing for more than pocket change.

You can not play if you do not live in New Jersey. When I called customer service, they told me they cant refund the money I deposited back to my card. Said I would have to jump thru a ton of hoops with voided checks and paperwork. If you do not live in New Jersey, DO NOT play this game or deposit any money!

I went to a 7-11 and CVS and their scanners where not able to read the barcode to add money, FIX YOUR BARCODES, on the other hand their scanners read my Tropicana.AC barcode...after using this app for a few days there is a lot of problems with it, it freezes , slow to load and to unpredictable to use for me, I found myself wanting to hurry up and lose my money so I can cancel my account this app was so bad, I will stick with Tropicana’s ac app because it’s way better than this one and they have Touch ID login...
