I actually play a lot and for the most part love it but gave 3 stars because it crashes and freezes a lot and then I have to sign out sometimes and or delete the app and redownload and it is annoying
Freezes During Bonus Round - Winnings Not Awarded
The Definition Of
No problems until I got a bonus round. Game froze. I notified the casino and was told not to worry that everything is recorded. They ended up cancelling my bet. They never awarded the winnings from the bonus round.

The sports gambling app is frustrating to work with especially when trying to make multiple parlay picks. Somehow I cannot make multiple picks at once and need to go back to the sports home screen to make my next pick for a parlay.

Hands down the worst app I have used for betting. Their app rarely works and they offer 3 lines per game with no in-game betting. Go with DraftKings, FanDuel or other more-established avenues. This app honestly looks like they rolled it out WAY before they were ready and functionality shows that. Would give this app 0 stars if I could.
Customer Service Applied Bonus to Wrong Bet

First, this app is terrible. It is buggy as hell. I got errors trying to apply bonus code and trying to link my Total Rewards. In addition the interface is not intuitive and you get a better menu of bets on other apps. Worse yet for me was that I accepted an offer for 300BET code and mad a $200 bet. But since the customer service rep applied the bonus to the wrong bet ($100 bet) I didn’t get $200 back but only $100. So they reneged on $100. I am going to send the transcript to the main Caesars so they see how this app and online partner is ruining their brand and customer sat.
