Super easy to link your account to make a deposit. Makes it virtually impossible to withdraw back into the same account though. Doesn’t bother to tell you that you can’t play for money until AFTER it pulls money out of your account. Good luck getting your money back after that.
It’s not poker, it’s more like roulette

Low percentage outs hit on the river waaay too often, pocket KKs running into pocket AAs, big stack players getting low odds run outs on the turn and river...so many examples I have seen or experienced, it sure looks weird. When you deposit $$$, expect good hands/flops, when you take $$$ out, watch out. Ok app for playing for fun, but forget about poker odds or any disciplined way of playing — it’s more like roulette on this app.
Trapped out of my account

I put my password in wrong too many times and it locked me out of my account, i clicked forgot password and it said it would send me an email so i can get back in and it never came, tried a few times. I tried to get customer service still nothing, its been six months. Luckily i dont have much money in my account but it’s still frustrating that I cant play.

I play on the ipad and the inferface is nice. Been playing less than a year and has only had one connection error on 2/17, I was deep in a tourney with 90k chips, finally reconnected with having 30k left. I bubbled in, but maybe I coulda gone further. I didnt report this but couple days later the wsop serviced me $15 for the connection error. This is a great app to play casually but if you want to play professionally you def need a labtop or a wireless network for a desktop.

Beware on cash outs. Near impossible to get your money out. Site is good. Many tables. BUT GETTING YOUR MONEY OUT IS IMPOSSIBLE. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I UPLOAD MY I.D. And cards. They keep asking again and again. To upload. Horrible experience. AMD STILL WAITING
Impossible to play cash games

The cash game selector is atrocious!!! No options to play PLO or Stud despite running tables on the desktop software, and no option to vie all cash games running, you just put in stakes and hope you get a good table. What is that?!?! How in the world do you now have a normal program to select from the open cash games?! The app should have the same capabilities as the desktop, the fact that I can’t use play PLO or game select is insane. PLEASE ADD PLO
