App crashes constantly , takes bets from me

This app is horrible. I can't play for more than 10 minutes without the app crashing and "taking" my bet from me in BlackJack. Contacted Caesar's support by phone and they were of no help. They are taking $ from me every time I bet, the cards are about to be dealt, then the app crashes. When the game restarts, 99% of the time it starts a new hand and $ disappears from my balance. Absolute joke of an app.

I gave this app so many chances and I regret it. Every time I'm winning the app crashes. I have to log off my phone before I can use the app again. I only blame myself for using this app, what a waste of entertainment and money!! So disappointed ?

This is horrible I can't even play for a minute without it crashing. I just was in the middle of free spins and had over $22 in winnings when it crashed and now I can't get it back up. Absolute crap!

This review is a response from a player who has won more money with this casino than they have lost. The problems with this app are endless. This app has a lot of connectivity issues, you could be deep in the middle of New Jersey playing for hours and you'll still get the error message "can't verify geolocation" meanwhile when you are kicked out of your game a message will pop up "geolocation approved" which basically means you have to start the game you were playing all over again. I find a lot of the time the moment you start winning money with this company you'll get an error message that pops up saying "system communication error" which again just kicks you off of what you were playing. Even though I have won more money with this casino the app and company turns me off because Of its dishonesty and unfairness to its loyal paying players. Another that comes along with this app is the poor customer service you get when calling in with a bet problem or a simple error message issue. It doesn't matter what problem your having it's always your fault or something to do with on your end. The company takes NO responsibility for its share off problems with their app. I don't recommend this app, it's important to remember when gambling that odds are always in favor of the casino as it is. So when you add up little issues like I've stated above it just makes the odds further against you really limiting your ability of winning to zero. PLAYERS BEWARE.

I've been gambling for years. This app is one of the worst. Customer service is horrible. The app is horrible. The crashing never ends and they take your money. If I could give half a star I would. When you start to win a little it's crashes. When you lose money it never crashes. Stay away. Keep your money. Caesars should be embarrassed for even having this to download. Vote to take it down and let Apple know it is a scam!!!!

Incomprehensible odds for house over and over

Played for a while despite the technical issues. I am serious when I say that the house will consistently and frequently draw one number better than you over and over and over again leaving you a confounded loser more than 52% of the time. Stay away unless you like odds of ridiculous proportions against you. Go ahead and play a demo account. You'll think you are awesome. Then play real money. Suddenly cards turn up in the house favor a strange and inordinate amount of times. Be warned. This is not a joke.
