I deposited $50 and I am about to cash out my $953 in winnings... I cannot believe I won that much money on this thing!!! I’m in Atlantic City so all I have to do is go right downstairs to the cage to cash out!!! #WINNING ...I wanted to play some more but I’m scared I might lose so I’m going to take my money and run!!! I will say cashing out for first time is annoying, had to send pic of card I used to fund account then had to use this phone next to cage and speak to online dept. to do verification, then had to wait for them to fax the cage the confirmation to pay me! But...I spent $50 and won $953, so, I’ll pass on complaining too much! App was a GREAT experience for me!

Received an offer in the mail, downloaded app and just as I was about to deposit, I decided to read the reviews. I’m glad I did. After reading about how buggy and terrible the app experience is, coupled with terrible customer service, I decided to hit them where it hurts and not give them any of my money. These casinos need to learn to cater to their customers who are pretty much gambling with odds that clearly favor the casino. Least they can do is provide a great experience. Knowing they just half-assed this app and offer poor service, players need to take their money elsewhere until the casino cleans up their act and focuses on a great app experience and stellar customer service. So until then, sorry Caesar’s, you’re not getting a dime from me.

I’ve been playing Caesar’s for around 9-10 months. I have an account with every other NJ online casino so I have a lot of experience with them. Caesars has a good game selection and they have promo’s quite often. Their interface isn’t the best, and they seem to have connection issues every now and then. People complain about payback percentages or bonus frequency but they have no control over it and the specific outcomes. It’s all controlled and regulated by the state and the gaming board. Do you think they’re messing with the outcomes to steal your 100$ deposit ? No. They’re fair just like every other online casino. Overall I’d recommend Golden Nugget over them, but if Caesars has a decent deposit match offer, I’ll bite. They have a decent game selection and good customer service. 4/5 stars is fair since they have some bugs in the connection and the interface looks quite boring but otherwise it’s a great online casino. PS, if you don’t live in NJ, you can’t use the app to gamble. There is TONS of disclaimers staying this. That’s why the rating is so low. People don’t realize it and rate them 1 Star since they can’t use the app. Why give them a bad review for something they can’t control ? It makes them look bad.

Dear Gamblers, some of us gamble to get out of the red and some to be entertained, the latter being the reason why casinos exist which is bs. I tried online gambling with the Tropicana; that wasn’t bad though I did come out losing a few hundred. Then I tried THIS - Caesars. And wow. I was out of over two thousand in ONE WEEK. The odds are awful which is why they probably don’t put the chances online like other casinos do. I kept playing because It just seemed unbelievable that I would be out so much money without a significant payout!! The most I got was probably $60 bucks (by the way, I was playing 88 fortunes, Double Da Vinci Diamonds, Cleopatra plus, and Zeus God of Thunder, these are all slots). The close to zero odds are not the only problem: this app is glitchy with games freezing mid game and with slow progress (Double Da Vinci had this problem constantly). Of course my gambling brain though this must be a malfunction that could work to my advantage. Well they got me there. Listen, if you saw me in person you would never in a million years think I was a gambler or that I would be so stupid to fall for Caesars ploy. But here I am and the only thing I can do is warn you guys. But I wasn’t giving up without a fight. I did the homework I should have done months ago before I started online gambling and found out that it’s the Golden Nugget, Borgata, and Harrahs that have the best NJ records and are the most transparent. So I gave the Golden Nugget a try with $50 bucks and within two hours playing slots I was above $700!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I played Tropicana and Caesars because those are the casinos I physically visit when I’m in Atlantic City, so call it loyalty. Guess what...they have no loyalty towards you. I know casinos have no soul, but at least they can have a little sympathy for their customers. If I lose my money online playing Golden Nugget slots at least I would have been entertained, and warned. Thank you, and happy gambling (not at the Caesars please, I’ve warned you)! I’ve been playing this online casino for years now. Since the last upgrade in their end, there has been nothing but problems. Shutting down games in the middle of them, not loading games, not being able to use the bonuses. I am beyond upset with this app.

On several occasions the app I was playing which is a triple wheel of fortune did not pay me my winnings. The first few times I thought maybe I was seeing things because I was pushing the spin button one after another pretty quick. Then when I won an opportunity to spin the triple wheel the app disconnected due to “no data” By the time it reconnected I was not able to spin which would be another definite win. When I logged back in it took me back to the beginning. I hit the button again, and the next time I had a win I waited to see if it paid me my win before spinning again. AGAIN it didn’t!! Now I was validated that it wasn’t my eyes deceiving me. So I did a “live chat” with a rep named Liz who told me everything looked OK on her end. She said unless I had a screen shot of the win, she couldn’t help me. I called the number and asked for a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up!!! I’m done. Basically unless you like your money being held hostage and stolen from you, or unless you take a screen shot before and after every hand of cards or every spin of the slot wheels you are screwed if they dont want to pay you! Could this have been a glitch ,sure, but did they return my money, hell no! I’m cashing out and deleting this app.

No matter how I tried to use my $10 free sports bet bonus it never worked. Even after contacting support chat online and told what odds the bet had to be I went and tried again at the exact odds they told me to no prevail. I just stopped trying.
