I like the app but all my favorite games crash constantly very frustrating and many times the bonus codes don’t work. Definitely need some bug fixes

They don’t pay you your winnings. The customer service is terrible. I will stick to gambling at a real casino such as Hard Rock or Borgata.

I was critical of this app in the beginning. Not only have they improved on the number of games available, but they payout quickly! Within 24 hours! Beats the heck out of the other casino apps if you ask me. Pala casino also pays out quickly but they don’t have as many games.

Should’ve read the reviews first. After linking over from the Total Rewards site I signed up and downloaded the app. When I tried to play I was surprised with this super aggressive notice: “We have detected that you are attempting to wager from outside the State of New Jersey. This conduct is in violation of New Jersey state law N.J.S.A. 5:12-95.23a. You should immediately cease and desist from attempting to wager from outside of New Jersey. We have retained your user information and future attempts could result in an enforcement action.”

I must of spent $30,000 over the past two years gambling never received anything I called them to ask for my the amount of online credits not total rewards and they logged me out on online chat one of the people Chris c knew what I was asking and answered my understood right away than he blocked my account as I tried to see if I can redeem my online credits I called and immediately they put my account under review and told me you can talk to someone about my request instead he probably transferred me to another person in the same department these people can’t even answer a yes or no question they just don’t want you getting anything they owe you theirs always some type of way for them to make you just give up and not get anything for playing either way I’m never gambling here again lost to much and not worth enjoying those rewards 10 cents per 10$ and than having to go through fraud because I asked about it ridiculous. I still haven’t received any of my rewards and never even used a promotion and they blocked my account and said it’s under review and I had to find out they reported it to fraud lol these people just don’t want you to be satisfied.

If you don’t live in New Jersey DO NOT PLAY THIS APP!!!!!! I tried to open terms and conditions the only thing I saw was a copyright of New Jersey and if you load money it won’t tell you till you go to play you are in some kind of violation, even though you haven’t played and the only way to get back said money is to use play pal make a deposit and then withdraw!!! If I could give no stars I would it’s a rip-off period and I don’t trust anyone to give my pay pal account stuff too

I guess they can't just take your money in the casinos any more since AC is losing business so they create apps that never work..but only AFTER you deposit your money, THEN HERE COMES THE BS...the screens freeze or change in the middle of a spin, flip to avoid bonuses, whatever kind of scam you can think of they are using. Don't be lured in by the big winnings in the beginning because they will get it back...trust me! Oh and did I mention you will be playing Caesars and it will just flip to Resorts...smh...shameful!

The worst app ever .. can’t find a good thing to say about the app .. besides hard to retrieve the funds the log on and reset password is impossible .. I’d give a negative if I could .. I feel for the nice people that get all these complaints .. This day n age just fix the issues .. just horrible

I play often, on pretty much every site for about 3 years now... Caesars is the ONLY one where I have never even hit a bonus on any game... and we're not talking about a little money with minimal playing, were talking hundreds, many many many times... I will never make a donation to this site again
